Investor Community and Investments

  • Investors. We welcomed 709 new investors to our community, bringing the total to 19,082, a 3.86% increase.
  • Investments. Total investments in February reached €465,644,876, marking a 5.61% increase. It’s clear that our platform continues to attract additional capital.

Portfolio and Loan Performance

  • Outstanding portfolio. Our outstanding portfolio saw a modest increase to €39,977,633, up by 1.22%.

A Closer Look at February’s Numbers

  • Loans funded. There’s been a decrease in the amount of loans funded by 11.94%, totaling €22,780,838. This dip reflects strategic adjustments and the dynamic market conditions.
  • Interest paid to investors. Last month, we paid out €365,437 in interest to our investors, which is 3.77% less than the previous month. It aligns with the adjustments in loans funded.
