As Esketit gears up for the next phase of development, we’re taking important steps toward licensing our operations and building the foundation to scale faster and smarter. 

To support this vision, we’re welcoming two experienced professionals who bring deep expertise in managing licensed platforms, operations, and legal frameworks. 

Ieva Grigaļūne, Chief Executive Officer 

Ieva brings nine years of experience in the investment world, leading teams across credit risk, product development, and operations in a licensed environment. She has helped companies put clear processes in place, prepare regulations, and grow while staying organized. 

At Esketit, Ieva will focus on building a structured operational backbone to support our expansion and licensing ambitions. 

Liene Pūgule-Kraučuka, Chief Legal Officer 

Liene joins us with over fifteen years of experience in corporate law, commercial contract drafting, and managing M&A deals. She has a proven track record in structuring complex transactions and supporting large-scale development projects across the EU. She has helped companies to obtain licenses, launch platforms, navigate deals, and stay compliant without getting lost in paperwork. 

At Esketit, Liene will make sure our legal processes remain simple, clear, and supportive of our goals as we continue to grow. Her straightforward approach will help us keep things moving while maintaining the high standards you expect from Esketit. Her practical mindset and business-first perspective will be a strong addition to the team. 

A big thank you 

We also want to take a moment to thank our current CEO, Vitālijs Zalovs, for his important role in building and growing Esketit into what it is today. Vitālijs has been with us since 2021, helping shape the platform, improving processes, and building users’ trust. 

Vitālijs will step down as the CEO on July 30, but will remain with us as an advisor.
